In early April a new client enquired how Reiki could help a torn tendon in his left shoulder. The tendon had been torn for two weeks and he was unable to lift his arm and he had a lot of pain in the area.
Before Covid-19 his doctor was in the process of scheduling surgery to repair the torn tendon. The tendon was punctured by a bone spur that developed in the shoulder. I have worked on a lot of bone situations in the past such as broken bones and hip, knee, and shoulder replacements, but not on this type of situation. I guess this is because the medical world is taking care of these issues.
My client was in a lot of pain and was willing to try Reiki for at least some pain relief. He was able to send me the scan that they took of his shoulder so that I could see exactly where the issue was located. All the work that I did was distance Reiki as my client was in Europe and I was in Scottsdale, AZ.
The first session I did a lot of clearing of the stress in his body. Then I balanced his chakras with Reiki and did repairs on his hara line. Next I sent Reiki to unblock the energy pathways from his neck and spine to his shoulder. After that I moved into his left shoulder and sent Reiki to clear out the blocked energy around this area. I could feel the area of the tear as the energy felt as if it was leaking out.
Next I focused the Reiki to dissolve the calcium buildup that was the bone spur that created the tear. Then I wrapped the area of the tear in Reiki. It felt like a Reiki bandage type wrap encircling the tear. I did six sessions over three weeks with the same focus each time. I asked him not to overdo trying to lift or move it for about two weeks.
After the first session, my client said the pain had decreased a little. After the third session, he said that he could lift his arm somewhat. By session six, he could lift his arm all the way up and the pain was almost all gone. We talked about his next steps. He said that he was going to call the doctor and tell them to take him off the list for surgery and he was going to get some physical therapy for his shoulder.
