Sweet Anticipation
Sweet Anticipation of God’s love flowing through me
Awakening I pray to be a vessel for Divinity to pour forth into the world
On God’s in breath I ascend to realms of Illumined Truth and Beauty
On the out breath my Light expands into dimensions I do not know
Alpha and Omega are One. I promise to align my soul
Love is the Plan for releasing human limitations
Love is the Path we are asked to walk
Sweet anticipation turns into sweet surrender of all that blocks my awareness of Perfection
Sweet Anticipation of God’s love flowing through me

Moving, shifting,
dancing around.
Our energy moves within us.

Twisting and turning,
changing shapes and colors,
the energy moves in a cycle.

Healing and comforting,
bringing goodness to those who need.
Energy heals the sick.

Moving hand to hand,
palm to palm.
The energy flows through us.

Person to person,
body to body.
The energy makes us One.

Spiritual Integrity
Spiritual integrity is the realization of the one self as the self of all men, as the one mind and the one life, as the mind and life of me and of all men. Therefore, the interests of one are the interests of all acting and living. That’s living up to spiritual integrity because I am making my thought and action conform to my understanding of Oneness.
